Upcoming event with Svitlana Kominko in Toronto

Business Women Pro Canada warmly invites you to a meaningful gathering with Svitlana Kominko, co-founder of Maple Hope Foundation, one of Canada's Top 25 Immigrant Award winners, and the inspiring woman behind the project “Heal a Mother’s Heart” — a powerful initiative supporting Ukrainian women who have lost loved ones in the war.

📅 Date: August 14🕕 Time: 6:00 PM📍 Location: RE/MAX Office, 96 Rexdale Blvd, Toronto

Why We Support "Heal a Mother’s Heart"

At Business Women Pro Canada, we have chosen to support this project not once, but twice — because we believe that women who have lost their sons, husbands, or family members in the war are among the most emotionally vulnerable populations today.

This is not just a personal tragedy — this is a national wound that affects us all, even those of us living far from Ukraine.

These women need psychological support first and foremost, and the “Heal a Mother’s Heart” initiative offers exactly that. Through wellness retreats, therapeutic activities, and community care, this project helps women take their first steps toward emotional healing.

Many participants in Ukraine have already experienced real moments of relief and strength thanks to this initiative.

Beyond Medical Aid – Emotional Aid

Our organization has consistently sent medical supplies and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. But today, we recognize that support must go beyond material aid — we must also care for the emotional well-being of those affected by war.

That’s why we are proud to support “Heal a Mother’s Heart” and invite you to join the conversation.

Meet Svitlana Kominko — Woman of Action

We are deeply grateful to Svitlana Kominko, who launched this initiative in Canada and continues to raise funds and awareness through multiple tours, events, and partnerships.

Her organization, Maple Hope Foundation, works with major institutions such as NATO and leading Canadian corporations to provide support for Ukraine.

At the event, Svitlana will share real success stories, insights from the field, and ways in which the diaspora can take part in this mission.

🔹 Join the Conversation

This is more than just a talk — it’s a space for dialogue, connection, and shared purpose. We warmly invite all members of the Ukrainian Canadian community, especially volunteer and women-led organizations, to join us.
