President of Business Woman PRO Canada Receives Certificate of Recognition from the City of Brampton

Business Woman PRO Canada is proud to announce that its Founder and President, Nadiya Yashan, has been honoured with a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Brampton for her leadership, community service, support of mental health initiatives, and contribution to strengthening local communities.

The Certificate of Recognition was presented on behalf of Mayor Patrick Brown and Regional Councillors Michael Palleschi and Navjit Kaur Brar.

The award recognizes Nadiya Yashan's ongoing work as President of Business Woman PRO Canada, where she has created opportunities for women entrepreneurs through international forums, networking events, educational programs, mentorship, and community initiatives. Over the past several years, the organization has become a platform that connects business leaders, professionals, and community organizations while supporting women's leadership and professional growth.

The recognition also acknowledges her role as Advisor to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, in Canada, where she actively supports Ukrainian communities and promotes international cooperation on humanitarian and human rights initiatives.

Nadiya expressed her sincere gratitude to Sukhbir Singh for recognizing her work and nominating her for this honour.

The award ceremony took place during the Women's Mental Health Gala, organized in celebration of Dr. Ruby Gill's 12 years of professional service. The event brought together elected officials, healthcare professionals, business leaders, and representatives of diverse cultural communities to recognize the importance of mental health awareness, leadership, and community engagement.

Among the distinguished guests were Mayor Patrick Brown, Member of Parliament Amarjeet Gill, Deputy Mayor Harkirat Singh, Regional Councillors, community leaders, and advocates from across the Greater Toronto Area.
