What is this Forum?
The Business Woman Forum is an international platform launched in Ukraine in 2015. Since its inception, the Forum has annually gathered outstanding women from business, politics, diplomacy, science, and the civic sector to discuss leadership, innovation, social responsibility, and international cooperation.
Over the years, events of this format have taken place in various regions of Ukraine — in Kyiv and other regions — and have gradually gained international scope through partnerships with other countries.
In 2018, Viktor Yushchenko, the third President of Ukraine, publicly supported Business Woman Forum 2018 in Kyiv. He emphasized the importance of an independent women’s business forum open to participants from around the world.Business Woman
In addition, Viktor Yushchenko is listed among the mentors of the Business Woman Club as an honorary mentor of the Club’s projects.Business Woman Club
Event Themes
The 2025 Forum will focus on the following key areas:
Women’s leadership
Entrepreneurship and innovation

International diplomacy and the role of civil society
Building global partnerships
Who will speak?
Among the invited speakers and guests are state leaders, diplomats, business leaders, and civic activists. These include Members of Parliament of Ukraine, ambassadors of foreign states, representatives of diplomatic missions, as well as distinguished cultural and academic figures.
From Ukraine, participants with experience in parliament, the civic sector, and international organizations will take the stage.
Forum Program
The Forum will consist of two main sections:
Section 1: International diplomacy and the role of civil society
Section 2: Best practices in women’s entrepreneurship and social responsibility
In addition, the event will feature the International Women 2024 Award Ceremony by Business Woman Magazine — an annual tradition that celebrates women with outstanding achievements in various fields.
Why is this important?
The Business Woman Forum is not just an event. It is an institution with years of history and reputation. It unites women leaders from all sectors — from business to diplomacy. The presence of high-level officials and diplomats confirms its status: the Forum has been supported by presidents, ambassadors, and partner countries.
