Business Woman PRO Canada President Participates in International Tree-Planting Initiative in Brussels

Business Woman PRO Canada continues to strengthen international connections through women's leadership, community engagement, and environmental initiatives.

In October 2026, Nadiya Yashan, Founder and President of Business Woman PRO Canada, participated in a symbolic tree-planting ceremony at the Woluwe-Saint-Pierre Town Hall in Brussels, Belgium.

The ceremony was held during the 5th International Meeting of Ukrainian Women, Ukrainian Women Who Unite the World, and the presentation of the latest issue of the international Business Woman magazine.

Among the participants were Mayor Benoît Cerexhe, Deputy Mayor Georges Dallemagne, representatives of the municipality, directors of Business Woman magazine, and members of Business Woman Club.

The newly planted tree symbolizes friendship, unity, and cooperation between communities in Ukraine and Belgium. The event also highlighted the partnership between Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Kotsiubynske in Ukraine's Kyiv region.

Business Woman PRO Canada has supported environmental engagement through its participation in the Greening of the Planet initiative, which has included tree-planting activities across multiple Canadian provinces and international cooperation.

Nadiya Yashan's participation in the Brussels ceremony reflects the organization's ongoing commitment to women's leadership, environmental responsibility, and building international partnerships.

We thank the Municipality of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Mayor Benoît Cerexhe, Deputy Mayor Georges Dallemagne, Promote Ukraine, and all organizers and partners for their support and hospitality.
